Welcome to Ruveka AI, an innovative digital commerce and visual landing page builder platform operated by KP-tech solutions ("we", "us", "our", or "Company").

By accessing or using our website, services, applications, software, or purchasing any digital products (eBooks, guides, software templates, courses) offered on this platform, you ("User", "Creator", or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction (18+ Requirement)

Our services and products are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the platform or completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Scope of Services

KP-tech solutions provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools allowing creators to build custom digital landing pages, showcase educational ebooks, guides, and digital resources, and accept online customer payments through third-party payment providers.

When a customer makes a purchase, Ruveka checks the payment with Cashfree before enabling digital access. A transactional receipt email sent through Brevo contains a link to the secure order page; the product file is not attached to that email. Email delivery can be delayed by provider or network conditions, so the confirmation page is the first place to retrieve a verified purchase.

3. Creator Obligations & Acceptable Use Policy

Creators utilizing Ruveka AI to publish digital landing pages agree that they:

• Hold all necessary intellectual property rights, licenses, or authorizations for any content, text, covers, or files uploaded.
• Will not upload, publish, or sell pirated, counterfeit, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, sexually explicit, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Will upload only PDF, EPUB, or ZIP product files up to 25 MB, and will not upload malware, executable code, scripts, password-protected archives, or files designed to exploit a scanner or reader.
• Understand that uploaded product files are checked by an antivirus scanner before Ruveka accepts them for delivery. Files that are infected, invalid, or cannot be scanned are rejected and removed from staging storage. Scanning reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every unknown threat will be detected.
• If a creator uses an external HTTPS download link instead of uploading a file, Ruveka does not host or scan that external file. The creator is responsible for its safety, legality and continued availability.
• Use buyer contact information only for order fulfilment, customer support and other purposes they have properly disclosed; do not use it for spam or unconsented third-party marketing.

4. Pricing, Payments & Currency

All product prices are clearly listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR). We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time. Customer payments are processed through Cashfree’s hosted checkout using the methods enabled for the Cashfree merchant account.

KP-tech solutions does not store sensitive cardholder data, UPI PINs, or CVV numbers on its servers. Cashfree processes the payment details through its hosted checkout. Cashfree processing fees are based on the merchant’s applicable terms. Creator payouts are paid manually after settlement and reconciliation.

Ruveka charges a 4% platform fee on successful sales. Cashfree’s standard domestic processing fee is 1.95% plus applicable GST on that fee; the actual charge can vary by payment method and the merchant’s Cashfree terms. Refunds, reversals or chargebacks may also affect the final amount due to a creator. Any estimate shown on the website is illustrative; the creator dashboard and order records are the source for reconciled amounts.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Ruveka AI platform, its user interface, algorithms, visual canvas builder, trademarks, logos, and code are the intellectual property of KP-tech solutions. Creators retain rights to the products and materials they own or are authorized to sell. By publishing them, creators give KP-tech solutions permission to host, scan, display, promote through the creator's storefront, and deliver those materials as needed to operate Ruveka. Customers receiving a digital download receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use it and may not redistribute or resell it unless the creator expressly permits that use.

6. Privacy & Customer Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how Ruveka handles account, order, consent, upload and support information. Creators may use buyer details to fulfil orders and provide support as disclosed to the buyer; marketing messages require any consent that applies. Brevo sends transactional receipt emails with a secure order-page link. The product file is not attached to the email, and we do not treat a checkout phone number as WhatsApp marketing consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform and all downloadable materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. KP-tech solutions does not guarantee specific business results, revenues, or outcomes resulting from applying knowledge found in educational digital resources.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, KP-tech solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to access our services or downloadable files.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or take down any landing page that violates these terms, engages in fraud, abuses payment chargebacks, or infringes upon intellectual property rights, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
